Welcome to Accreditation.org!

The New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) is pleased to present the portal Accreditation.org. It is a comprehensive resource focused on the accreditation of academic programs worldwide in engineering, engineering technology, and computing. Nearly all professionals in these fields begin their careers through rigorous academic training. The portal provides detailed information on global efforts to uphold the quality of degree programs that are part of this training. The aim is to ensure that these degree programs educate skilled, knowledgeable and ethical professionals whose work contributes to human health, safety, and well-being while protecting and preserving the environment.

Accreditation.org is a public service initiative of NJIT, designed to benefit individuals, institutions, and organizations seeking insights into accreditation processes, accrediting bodies, and their significance. The site serves a diverse audience, including:

--- Students and prospective students looking to understand the accreditation status of current or potential programs.
--- Parents and relatives of students interested in the quality of education their students receive.
--- Educators and school administrators seeking information on accrediting bodies and procedures.
--- Employers evaluating the credentials of engineering, engineering technology and computing graduates.
--- Members of the accreditation community engaged in policy and quality assurance.

We value your feedback, corrections, additions, and suggestions. If you’ve found this portal helpful in your research, studies, or work, we’d love to hear from you.
